Our products are unique and tactile, all are made by hand and no two items will be exactly the same. Small imperfections and irregularities in shape, size, colour and texture are part of the charm of our handmade products.

Base fabric:

Most of our base fabrics are natural linen, cotton or wool resulting in a variation in colour from batch to batch. This may result in natural characteristics such as slubs and other irregularities in the yarns, which are not weaving faults.

Colour matching:

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that colours correspond to our samples, slight variances may occur. Natural fibres are harvested at different seasons which could result in variations.

Colour Fastness:

Our fabrics are not guaranteed against colour fading. With all natural or delicate fabrics, direct sunlight is not recommended. Cleaning: Our and table linen can be machine washed on a gentle cycle at 40°C. Hand embroidered products should be ironed on the wrong side to maintain their tactile appearance.
